Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis refers to inflammation and symptoms in sole and heel. Plantar fascia is a soft tissue structure spread through the sole to stabilise bones and tendons in the area. Inflammation is caused by prolong walking/ standing, improper shoewear, weakness in leg muscles and in born malalignment of the foot arches.
Stretching of leg muscles and sole help directly the cause of disease. Other electrical modalities control discomfort. Tailormade insole can be used to redistribute pressure and support foot arches, avoid fatigue.
